Return Policy

We hope you enjoy all your purchases from weststocks, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your recent order, we will gladly accept returns in brand new condition with original labels.

Caution:

1. The returned items must not be washed or worn, please return your items to us within 7 days from the date you sign the package. You can get your refund within 3-5 days from the date we receive your returned item.
2. Because we are in China, there is a time difference. If we do not reply in time, please don't worry, we will reply as soon as we see the news.

Some situations where returns are not accepted:

1. Promotional products
2. The item is damaged after use (it can be repaired at your expense).
3. Items have been washed, worn or altered.
4. You received the item more than 7 days.

Return Steps:

1. Contact customer service to apply for a return and ask for our return address (you must contact before returning the item).
2. Pack the shoes, box and all accessories for return and send them in one package
3. Provide us with the courier and tracking number for your return.
4. We will give you a refund after confirming that the item is not damaged after receipt.
